In October last year, the obligation to submit electronic tax returns by declarants, which include persons whose positions involve holding a responsible and especially responsible position, and who also have an increased risk of corruption, was restored. Leading industry experts gathered to discuss the adaptation of the declaration regulation to the realities of war and the most typical violations of declarants.
On the occasion of the completion of the electronic declaration campaign for 2023, the publishing house “Yuridicheskaya Praktika” with the support of ALARIUS Law Firm held a Conference on e-declaration, which took place in the capital on March 28.
