- carried out legal support for the purchase and supply of reinforced concrete tetraiders in the amount of 8200 pcs. for military units preparing defense structures in Sumy region. These special concrete structures in the shape of a pyramid are used to protect territories from invasions, in particular from tanks and other armored vehicles;
- accompanied the purchase of 2 units of special purpose armoured vehicles in the UK, namely Alvis Shielder tracked armoured personnel carriers (without weapons) at 75,000 pound/pc. for the military part to perform specific combat tasks;
- accompanied the procedure for obtaining a permit for the import of goods of dual (military) purpose by the Charitable Foundation. In the process of cooperation, the specialists of Alarius Attorneys at Law organized comprehensive legal support, prepared the necessary documents and ensured their successful submission to the State Export Control Service of Ukraine. As a result, the client received permission in the shortest possible time, which allowed him to continue his activities without hindrance and removed the risks of payment of penalties. Such services were provided by Alarius Attorneys at Law to the Charitable Foundation under a pro bono program, since the foundation procures military equipment and transfers it to the military as charitable assistance;
- provided support for the purchase of a powerful excavator for one of the military units.
