Vitaliy Nestor

Specialization

Vitaliy Nestor specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), competition law, as well as legal aspects of tax and commercial matters. His experience also includes participation in projects related to civil, administrative international and financial law. Vitaliy has 13 years of professional experience, which includes the roles of property manager, rehabilitation manager, liquidator of companies, lawyer, as well as expertise in restructuring debts of enterprises. He has significant experience of cooperation with state authorities, in particular in the field of lawmaking. Prior to joining the ALARIUS team, Vitaliy was actively involved in compensation for damages caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and represented the interests of clients both in Ukraine and abroad.
