The transformation of the sphere of bankruptcies and debt restructuring during the war, the impact of European integration on restructuring procedures, new moratoriums on creditors' claims, sanctions and insolvency became the subject of heated discussions during the X Forum on Restructuring and Bankruptcy, which took place in the capital on March 4 nija.

According to the results of the discussion, Managing Partner of ALARIUS, Viktor Surnyk, noted that legislative changes and judicial practice have undergone rational changes in line with today's challenges, but we have yet another important stage in the implementation of European integration procedures for the restoration of solvency and bankruptcy.
