Victor Surnik, Managing Partner of ALARIUS Joined the Roundtable “Justice of the Future: Alternative Dispute Resolution”

On September 13, experts gathered in Kyiv for an event dedicated to alternative dispute resolution, which is part of a series of round tables from the Yuridicheskaya Praktika publishing house and was held together with the ICAC at the CCI of Ukraine. People's Deputies of Ukraine, judges of the Supreme Court, representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Ukrainian National Intellectual Property and Innovation Office, leading experts of the legal market discussed the numerous possibilities of ADR as one of the ways to improve the situation in the judicial system of Ukraine, shared fresh practice, and also discussed other important topics related to alternative methods of dispute resolution in Ukraine.
