Angela Shepel — a lawyer with over 9 years of experience who has dedicated her career to helping NGOs, charitable foundations and those who are changing the world.

Angela began her professional career in the judiciary and public administration, where she gained unique experience working with the system “from the inside”. Since 2020, she has been a lawyer, using her experience to support a non-profit sector that helps thousands of people.

Her main specialization is legal support of public and charitable organizations. Registration of charitable foundations, bringing statutes in accordance with new laws, obtaining the status of a non-profit organization. It helps charitable and non-governmental organizations to operate legally, efficiently and transparently.

Angela is also an expert in contract work. It develops and verifies contracts, reconciles them with all parties to ensure the stable operation of the funds.

Equally important is the direction of her work advising on changes in legislation, humanitarian assistance, volunteer activities, financial reporting, work of sole proprietors.
