The dispute arose due to differing interpretations of the procedure for concluding a contract for the construction of a residential complex in Kyiv. The claimant sought to invalidate the said contract. However, the Supreme Court upheld the developer's position, which had been crafted by the firm's specialists, and confirmed the validity of the contested contract and its supplementary agreements.

This case holds significant importance in the current context, as part of the premises in the constructed facility will be allocated to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which held the procedural status of co-defendant in the case.
