Pyrozhok Maksym specializes in providing comprehensive legal services in the field of corporate law, international business and charitable activities.

His specialization covers the registration and support of the activities of legal entities, including the preparation of statutory documents, the amendment of the constituent documents and corporate restructuring to optimize the business. Maxim accompanies clients in matters of choosing jurisdiction for company registration abroad, registration of foreign companies, preparation of corporate documentation, as well as organization of accounting and reporting.

Maxim also specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) matters, including legal support of transactions, due diligence, transaction structuring, preparation and analysis of business purchase and sale agreements, as well as advising on post-transaction asset integration. His experience allows us to ensure the safe and legally correct execution of complex corporate transactions.

Maxim provides the services of a corporate secretary, ensuring the maintenance of corporate documentation, organization of meetings of company management bodies, preparation of protocols and decisions, as well as compliance of corporate activities with the requirements of legislation. In addition, he advises on corporate governance issues, in particular on building an effective corporate governance system, structuring the business and improving operational efficiency.

Maksym pays special attention to the legal support of charitable activities, in particular the adaptation of projects to the legislation of Ukraine, the preparation of grant agreements, the support of international partnership agreements, the registration of non-profit organizations and the support of humanitarian initiatives.
